Maison AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered interior design services through our website and mobile application. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By accessing and using this Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Service. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Maison AI per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Maison AI's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Maison AI at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Maison AI provides AI-powered interior design recommendations based on uploaded room images. Our Service includes:

• AI analysis of uploaded room images
• Personalized design recommendations
• Style suggestions and color palettes
• Furniture and decor recommendations
• Design inspiration and ideas

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. You agree that Maison AI will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.

Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maison AI and its licensors. Some aspects of our Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to future purchases or renewals.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maison AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
